I couldn't imagine any driver pounding the equipment like those two have done. Sure they have a long way to go and a short time to get there, "sound familiar"? But still, It's beyond my understanding.
Is that an attention getter?
Well what is this I have on display at work on my microwave?

Is it me or is anyone else finding the Canadian side kind of boring.

Tonight on Ice Road Truckers, see Hugh, Rick, and Alex drive on a bumpy road.
Ya know.....after thinking about this question, no, I don't find it boring. I was hurt real bad in a car accident and can't drive my truck anymore. It's been a long time since I hoped into a cab. I really miss it! Watching these guys drive and seeing the trucks make me kinda home sick, if ya know what I mean. I bought an SUV....that's the closest thing to a truck I can drive now a days!....haha. Yeah....I dig watching IRT! Canada or anywhere!

Not boring for me as I still get to see the far North country I love.

Meaning you enjoy watching the gas gauge move as fast as your speedometer?

I won't say it's boring, I get irked at some of the innept editing, guys in the editing room have never been there and don't realize how folks that have been there can see the innacuracies. Most of the truckers are serious people doing their job, I think the others are scripted in to arouse viewers. Seems to work.
Some folks here might want to check in on The Far North forum and see Mike Crows post of his trip to Alaska, Seward to Prudoe to Inuvik. Lots of pictures and his diary. Four installments to date, probably one more to go.

Actually it’s a Honda CR-V 09’. I get great gas mileage.
