She was fine it is normal to leave those rigs running all night anyways. I think her isolation was self imposed; she did not want to hang out with the dudes and get flirted with all day.

Agree. Watching again, she was at Prudhoe, so I'm sure the isolation was a combination of her choice and production, to make it seem a little more dramatic. She could've hung out in the Carlile yard for 4 days.

I still like Dave. The History Channel made him out to be "The Whiner". Like I said in a few posts already, EVERYONE complains about something....no big deal, but when it's Dave..."WHOA"! The southerner is a whiner. What BS!
Dave was complaining about bla, bla, bla, and then said, "Well, I guess that's the way it is all the way up here". Meaning, he KNOWS IT! He's just making remarks about how rough it is. Dam....he had to pump fuel into his take-in tank from the engine for an hour in -20 or minus something. I'm sure that was fun, but he still made the trip.
He did screw up on the convoy though….he knew it. You never leave a convoy! That one he was trying to talk his way out of to keep his job. Everyone at the shop even knew that.

Because I can!
She said she was sick so spent most of that 4 days sleeping. It turned out to be good timing.

Keys, you are exactly right on your first point...they decided early on to frame Dave as the bad guy/whiner...and it's not hard to do. The drive up and back is 2-2.5 days, and they only need to get you complaining about something for 5 minutes to make you look like a total whiner on your 5 minute segment. They can do this to all of them, look how they make Lisa look like Damsel in Distress all the time...Rick and Dave seem to get the worst of it, so not surprised they are the most negative and hostile towards the show right now.

To your second point, don't fall for that...how do you really know what Dave was told? None of us do...I know a bit more about the incident but I don't want to get anyone in trouble so I'll leave it at that.

Ya know, I started this thread, saying that Dave is a good driver. He is, but he has the worst attitude man! What’s the deal? It’s like he’s asking to be fired, and I bet ya, “HE DOES”! That’s too bad, right now he has the top load count, but we know what Lane could do on helping him with that?! I guess he’ll be put in our, “Previous Seasons Drivers” soon.

Keys, as I was saying, he's the fall guy for this season. He said he gets fired next week, but he was fired before the events of the last episode...what does that tell you? I don't know how much of this show is real anymore, so I don't have the answers either. I even thought Lisa's missing tires was BS but she says that really happened, you just never know with this show. How did Dave get 5 loads this week and 3 last week while being 'grounded'? does any of this make sense other than its a play?

Furthermore, how does he get 21 loads and yet all we see is a disaster...if it was really that bad, he would've been sent home from the get go, nor would he have been asked to do Deadliest Roads 2. I surmise if any of us were treated as he has, we'd be wanting outta there, too.

You have a point there Frank. All of a sudden Dave has 21 loads. Wasn't it 19 last week? Plus he has been treated like crap all season by the office, the shop and other drivers.

Next weeks prevews shows him walking out of the yard with his bag, then the next shot you see him driving.....if only they would show us the real stuff and not fool us with this BS! Frank, I have no idea what the Hist. Chan. is up to!

Keys it was 16 last week and 13 before that, all during the time he was supposed to be grounded. Watching the show is hard because it's over the top even I didn't like listening to Dave but I know that's not what he's like and he wasn't that way on Deadliest Roads...so either he was directed to be that way or the pressure caused him to come unglued. The load count is evidence that it's all crap made for tv.
